ONE IMPORTANT NOTE:

The 2009 Chicago Knife Expo will be moving to downtown Chicago. We have had a lot of requests to move our show from the suburbs to the big city, so we will give it a try. The show will be held at the Sheraton Chicago Hotel and Towers, located right off of Michigan Avenue and right on the Chicago River. The dates are September 11-12, 2009
